He has owned his Architectural & Planning firm, Powers Design Inc. for over 25 years in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He was the lead design for over $5 billion worth of Commercial & Residential projects for large developers...like Trump. A key player in the story, but in the background...until the last Chapter.
