Prayer is an adventure. It is the one opportunity we all have to address the Creator of the universe and say anything we want. It is the grand exercise of spiritual release, where we can cast our cares on the Audience of One, knowing that He hears and understands.
Our prayers can range from primal screams to melodious exultations of praise. They can be loaded with a laundry list of needs or brimming with gratitude and appreciation for just being alive.
In every case, God desires us to pray.
