Corner shop owner Caroline finally gets help with a new manager called Jeff, who's interested in family history. This intrigues Caroline who has heard about the mysterious events in the village. When Jeff starts work full-time, strange things start happening to her. An ancestry magazine a customer likes either goes all blurry, big or 3D, scaring the customer away. Then she sees a white figure, and later discovers it is her late great-grandmother trying to help her. With Jeff's help and ideas to improve the shop, Caroline begins to change her life; both professionally and personally. When she sees Jeff chat to her friends, she realises how much he means to her. She comes to a big decision. Will he say yes or no?
