Junhua Hu, Professor, is Director of the Professor Committee of the School of Materials and Deputy Director of the special Committee of China Energy Society. In 2023, he was selected as one of the top 2% of scientists in the world (by Stanford University). He presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 national nuclear power major special task, and 1 national key research and development sub-project. He has published 226 SCI papers and 32 cover/hot/highly cited papers. He won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress of Henan Province and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of National Defense of Henan Province. His main achievements are: (1) The quaternary phase diagram of zirconium rich corner for China's third-generation nuclear zirconium alloy was constructed and improved, and the "AP1000 nuclear grade zirconium material manufacturing technology" was completed in collaboration with the State Nuclear zirconium Industry Share.
Guoqin Cao, Associate Professor, has engaged in metal materials related research, integrated physical coating, and other chemical surface engineering methods, in the metal surface functionalization and the application of the service environment to do systematic research. He presided over and participated in a number of projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key Research and Development sub-project, the key research and development sub-project of Henan Province, the key project of Henan Provincial Department of Education, and the science and technology research project of Henan Province. He has published more than 40 SCI papers, H factor 19, cited 823 times. He won the second prize of science and Technology Progress of Henan Province and the first prize of National Defense science and technology progress; he was appointed as Young Editorial Board Member of Rare Metals and Guest Editor of Materials (SCI, IF:3.748) (2022-2024).
