Rachel Peng is reinventing disaster tourism from the ground up. Her boss sent her to New Orleans to check on one of OACET's cyborg assassins, but the assassin's girlfriend is too sexy to resist, and her boss's wife won't stop burning down historic landmarks. Small problems for Rachel, really, but then she kicked a nest of domestic terrorists. Now she's got to save her best friend from a fate worse than death without blowing OACET's last big secret. Oh, and somehow she's acquired a dog. At least the food is good.
