Procurement is the futuristic tale of a time when not only can an abortion take place on demand, but through procurement of special papers from the state any child under the age of five years can be killed as long as the parent gives permission. The story also includes a courageous group of Christians who work in the shadows at great risk to themselves to save lives of those helpless children who have been turned over to the state to undergo the procurement process to its final and deadly end.
