Vinton is an 8-year-old boy who only wants to be a 4-year-old girl called Vickie. For his entire life, all he wanted to be was a very Little Girl, and finally, his mother consented, and they moved to a new town to start a new life. Along the way, she meets some wonderful new Little Girl friends, most of whom are also like her. They are all lucky enough to have supportive parents, as the group of girls who wanted to stay as babies while still needing to grow up shared adventures and a few tragedies.
