Kristen Zuray has served in church ministry for seventeen years, founded a non-profit coffee home for youth in crisis, and currently serves as a mental health and life coach. She is the author of six books, speaks at conferences, retreats, and various events. She is passionate about helping others break free from past traumas and abuse so that they can discover their identity and purpose in Christ. She loves coffee shops, road trips, and hosting parties. She and her husband reside outside Spokane, WA.
