Writing stories for years, I decided to take the plunge and publish one of my favourites; Oliver & Amelia, Adventures of Urchin Grove, under the pen name LJ Hastie (my Dad's nickname for me is "LJ") as a paperback book in August 2016. Storytelling has always fascinated me, I love how you can be swept away by compelling characters, and be transported to different times, countries, or even galaxies.My hope is to bring a sense of enjoyment, ways to combat fears and escapism for my readers regardless of age for many years to come.
