In her debut collection, Leanna Day presents raw and unfiltered poems about female power, rage, violence, abuse, and learning to love. When the Moon Rises takes readers on a journey through the most painful and angry moments of life and makes sense of them, giving a voice to any woman who has ever been silenced and ignored.
