We don't all have the time to prep in-depth meals every day. I created this Healthy Cookbook to help provide easy to make healthy meals with only 5 major ingredients. I also incorporated a breakdown of macros and which recipes are (GF, DF, V) Also, a MyFitnessPal barcode for each recipe to help those who are tracking their macros! There is also a weekly meals planner along with the grocery list needed to have all you need on your grocery run, no guess work!
