M. Necati Özisik (1923?2008) was Head of the Technical Department of the Turkish State Enterprises in Ankara, a Senior Research Scientist at the Oak Ridge Laboratory, and Professor Emeritus of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at North Carolina State University.
