M. Sherman Roberts graduated from Tougaloo College with a B.S. degree in Biology. She worked in management for a few years before pursuing a career in education. She enjoys storytelling, theater, cooking, traveling and working with children. M .Sherman Roberts resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan with her husband, Raymond and they have one adult son, Brent. The Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookie is her first book.
