Madhu was born in Bombay, India. She has wonderful parents with two older sisters and one younger brother. She also has a lot of relatives in India, Canada, UK, and Australia. She has been writing since she was a child but never saved her poems until now. She has been in the United States since 1985 and chose to settle here.
