Maiyaki Theodore Bala has practiced law since 1993 and has taught Civil Litigation at the University of Abuja-Nigeria for about 7years. He holds a Ph.D in International Economic Law from the University of Jos-Nigeria. He is a researcher, and has authored two books in the area of Mortgage Banking and International Economic Law. A combination of the foregoing has given him the sound background to this modest contibution in the area of Mordern Civil Litigation. He is married with 3 children
