Solsham, wandering hero of Peran, is so mighty he'll just casually let himself get swept up in whatever a troubled town is doing.

Today that town is a mountain-nestled city-state and the trouble is bandits, saboteurs, ancient ruins riddled with machinery, water monsters, fire monsters, disgrace, and atrocities too horrible to describe. There's no problem, even a political knot, that Solsham can't simplify with a slash of his bejeweled sword or a thump of his ox-headed mace.
