Cody was convicted of Murder in the 2nd degree at seventeen years of age, and he would be spending his life behind prison walls. He quickly made his reputation for himself within prison society. Cody escaped twice while serving his life sentence for murder. With the power he built for himself, he walked out of prison, had his lifetime parole removed, and started killing again.
Other inmates learned very quickly to stay out of his way because of how he gained his rapid rise to power, and Cody himself felt no guilt or remorse. He lacked all and any empathy for anyone. Cody was placed into this Maximum Prison along with Massachusetts most dangerous criminals. Cody was amongst the most dangerous and deadliest criminals in the state of Massachusetts.
