Everyday, Sam, an orphan does all he can to stay under the radar of the Troll government. By night, he is haunted by the spirit of his mother, a huge spider. As she taunts him from the shadows, she webs gradually make Sam's world smaller and smaller. His only hope of now becoming his spider mother's meal is in the most unlikely of friendships. Sometimes hope and a wish are all we have.
