Our story finds 4 middle school students/soccer players, all strangers with their own unique challenges, in the woods during a strange storm. Anxiously, they all huddle together under the "safety" of a large, ancient tree. Unfortunately, or fortunately in this case, this turns out to be the exact place of the storm's lightning strike. Our characters now find themselves transformed with strange new powers that they decide to use to make a positive impact on the world.

Siblings Morgan Kennedy and Grant Lytle have always loved stories about superheroes and tales of everyday people who gain unique abilities. Those stories revolve around how these characters must learn their new world.
