Title: The Journey Through the Time Rift

Time is breaking. Survival is a race against it.

When the Time Rift?a jagged scar in reality?splits the sky, Kayamotu, a reluctant hero, and Alaaira, a rebel with secrets, are thrown together on a quest to mend the fracture before their world collapses. But the Rift's chaos attracts dangerous forces: Magaa, a thief who thrives in disorder; Medelou, a historian racing to decode the Rift's origins; Moguoo, a warrior torn between duty and vengeance; and Mawaalou, a seer whose visions may be their salvation?or their doom.

As the group traverses warped landscapes and shifting timelines, they uncover a truth worse than the Rift itself: someone wants time to break. And fixing it may require betraying one of their own.

Praise for The Journey Through the Time Rift:
"A whirlwind of twists, alliances, and heart-pounding choices. Fans of Interstellar and Avatar: The Last Airbender will devour this!" ?[Msad(Muhammad Sani Awudu/Ayisha Awudu]

Msad (Muhammad-Sani Awudu)

Accountant-Turned-Storyteller | Chronicler of Ghana's Hidden Realms

At 52, Msad?a man whose salt-and-pepper hair mirrors his dual life?closed his accounting ledgers and opened a universe of stories. Born in Madina-West-Zongo, where the whispers of the Forbidden Forest tangled with the shouts of kelewele sellers, Msad grew up between two worlds: the rigid logic of numbers and the wild magic of oral tales. His father, a kola-nut trader who spoke in proverbs, and his mother, a seamstress who stitched folklore into every hem, taught him early that "a story untold is a life unlived."

For 30 years, Msad crunched numbers in Accra's corporate towers, but his desk drawers hid scribbled fragments of ghostly market women, shape-shifting river gods, and the boy who bargained with Death for his grandmother's voice. Then, one chaotic morning in Kwame Nkrumah Circle traffic, the epiphany struck: "Numbers tell truths, but stories tell souls." By sunset, he'd resigned.

Critics compare his work to Ben Okri's dreamscapes meets Ama Ata Aidoo's wit, but Msad calls himself "a madman collecting lost whispers." When not writing, he obsesses over Black Stars tactics, hunts for Accra's perfect waakye (his Holy Grail: a smoky joint near Nima Junction), and hosts storytelling nights under his compound's mango tree. A self-proclaimed "jollof purist" and highlife evangelist, he argues that "Ghana's future lies in the tongues of its griots."

Msad is currently writing two new books: The Book of Kuei (a novel exposing the Forbidden Forest's secrets) and Zongo Accounting (a memoir about ghosts in Ghana's balance sheets). His dream? A library in Madina-West-Zongo?where children can "read their own souls back to life."
