This handbook is aimed at movement instructors who want to make their teaching even more effective, regardless of their specific discipline. The author, Natascha Eyber, is a certified dance educator and has been training BASI® Pilates instructors since 2006. Drawing on her years of xperience, she understands the common challenges in teaching movement. Across twelve chapters, she provides practical tips on topics such as lesson planning and design, effective correction techniques, and successful online or hybrid teaching. Checkboxes in each chapter help instructors reflect on their teaching methods with concrete questions for self-assessment.
