A look at two modern day "Jack The Rippers" in Joel Rifkin and Danny Rolling. Rifkin murdered nine women, mostly prostitutes, in a four year reign of terror. It is believed that he has killed up to seventeen more although this has never been proven. Rolling was said to be the inspiration behind the horror film "Scream", killing five students and his own father.
