This work is composed of poems and thoughts from the heart of the author collected over the course of several decades. She finds her primary source of inspiration from her Creator through the medium of everyday life in nature and family. Her desire is that these works can bring hope and encouragement to its readers to find inspiration and purpose in the smallest of things that are often taken for granted.

Born and raised in Frankinton, LA as the eldest of six siblings Norma Jean Foster is a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who has been blessed and inspired by her Creator to author poetry and short stories. As a graduate of Franklinton High School, where her writings first began, she has enjoyed writing her entire life with many of those composition comprising this volume of literature. She give all credit for this accomplishment to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and thanks her friends and family for all of their help and support.
