Two weeks after his illegal nightclub-frequented by American and Jamaican gangsters-was raided by the police, Brady found himself standing in front of a class of seventh graders, who questioned whether he was a teacher or a gangster... It was his first teaching job, and he knew this would be an experience like no other. The Jamaican Rude Bwoy Teacher Memoirs will take you into Brady's classrooms, where the students are often street smart, suspicious of authority, and brutally honest. Brady shares his interactions with these witty kids-their conversations, questions, and problems at home. He also recounts his experiences as a nightclub and restaurant owner on the side-where he was known as Rude bwoy.
