A gnome growing goblin. A goblin growing good. Sealed in an underworld city that will define them both.
Marial and her friends have defeated the unhinged Undertaker. Nice! But they are now trapped in the Hollow City, the place G'Nob, their goblin guide, swore never to enter. Sn'oOOOk*!
The city is amazing and altogether too much, but now the only way home is through this abandoned palace. Or is the city so hollow after all? Their only hope is to sneak their way through and not wake the deadly denizens in the dark. If only gnomes didn't make a happy racket EVERYWHERE they went. Double Sn'oOOOk!
Marial and G'Nob must lead their friends through the traps and trials left by the ancient Makers waking up in their luxurious lairs. Armed only with a hat and a hand mirror, they must use all their wits and gifts to overcome evil and not lose themselves along the way.
* G'Nob says this sometimes. I don't know what it means, but he seems to feel better screaming it - Pickwick

Peter Church endeavours to live each day. Author of BENEATH THE BENEATH, the first instalment in the GNOMES series, and the autobiographical CHURCH LADIES: THREE SISTERS GROWING HOME IN NOVA SCOTIA.
He and his exceptionally patient wife live in the wilds of Nova Scotia with a small flatulent dog, a pond full of belligerent goldfish, and the occasional raccoon mama in the attic. He is convinced little people live at the foot of his garden and, if the giggles are to be believed, his basement.
He grew up in Halifax and has lived in such near-flung places as Los Angeles, Brussels, and London. He writes early each morning in the hope of catching up with his imagination.
