Jarred Ball, M.S., is a certified law enforcement instructor for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in homeland security. He has a master's degree in safety, security, and emergency management from Eastern Kentucky University and has taught homeland security at the college level. Jarred has conducted antiterrorism risk and vulnerability assessments of critical infrastructure for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Office of Homeland Security.
