R. Lavelle Brown is a native of Wilmington, DE, but resides in Newport News, Virginia. He is married to the love of his life, Courtney, and they have three amazing children. R. Lavelle is the lead pastor of FLAME 3:2 Church and Gospel Light Outreach Ministries, both located in Norfolk, Virginia. He lives by the creed Love God, Live God, and Give God.
