A former journalist, with more than 20 years' IC experience she advises many of the world's best-known companies through her consulting business, All Things IC. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and was awarded CIPR's President's Medal in 2020.
