Benjamin isn't being difficult; he's just having a difficult time.

Benjamin's brain works differently, and that is a wonderful thing! He notices the tiny details others miss, creates vibrant art, and has more energy than a lightning bolt. But school can be a challenge when your legs want to jump and your thoughts want to fly.

Busy Benjamin is a joyful celebration of neurodiversity. It's a must-read for parents, teachers, and children alike, proving that when we change the environment to fit the child, we discover just how brilliant they truly are.

Join Benjamin as he learns to navigate school, one "buzzing" idea at a time!

Autorentext

Renee Conoulty is an Aussie author, narrator and independent publisher.

In the mornings, she wrangles her two kids off to school (who are also Aussie authors and narrators). During the day, she supports children with disabilities to learn and helps run the school library. During the evening, she enjoys a rare quiet moment watching TV with her husband, amid the chirping of the budgies, yowling of the cat, barking of the dog and thumping of the bunnies. Thank goodness the fish are quiet.

Somewhere in between all these distractions, she writes sweet romance, women's fiction, beginner chapter books and picture books.
