This is the story of Angie, the brave little Dachshund who unexpectedly finds herself being sent to live with relatives in another state. Angie is very smart and finds a way to fit in while keeping her dignity and sense of self. Her coping skills are truly amazing and transcend to humans as well.

She has always loved dogs and has been involved in dog rescue for several years. She currently has three rescue dogs. She writes country music and has had many songs recorded over the years.

She is married and has five children and eight grandchildren.
