On the morning of Beth's thirty-ninth birthday, she finds a strange and sudden room in her home. One she has no recollection of.

The rest of the family finds the new room normal and unsurprising.

When the rest of the family leaves, Beth opens the door of that sudden room. What she finds sends her down a fantastical rabbit hole of her other lives. A room that belongs in the science fiction her son loves.

By the end of her day, Beth will battle to hold onto what could, and should, be in her house.
