This is not a children's book. When Lesley asks for advice from teacher and police officer Fiona Benson, she begins a chain of events that will see John Smith's paranoia erupt into violence that threatens the lives of Lesley and her friends and raises questions about who John Smith really is, and Lesley's creeping sense that the past is not finished with her. Someone is watching. Someone is waiting. Someone is ready to strike.
