This book is written to help children understand Alzheimers and create memories with the ones they love.

Robin Howell's father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease about eight years ago. She has watched how hard this disease has been on her family, especially her nephews and niece. She has been an elementary school teacher for twenty-five years and felt called by the Lord to write a children's book that could minister to children who have a family member with this disease. She grew up on a dairy farm in Landrum, South Carolina, with her parents Robert and Janey Lee, and two brothers, Barry and Gordon. She has taught school in the public and private setting, as well as internationally in China. She currently lives in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, and is married to Mike and has three stepsons, Matthew, Chris, and Alex.
