The conduct of many individual in the society tells about his intelligence and social maturity through which he can respond right according to situations. Intelligence is the general mental adaptability for new problems and new situations of life. It is the power within a person to analyze what to do and act accordingly. It also emphasis the ability to leam, that is one's intelligence is educable. Intelligence is the important aspect of an individual. Through intelligence one can know his abilities and capabilities. Intelligence test is used to categories people into different group. Person having intelligence is capable of doing all things. Teaching is an interactive process, involving four aspects teacher, student, learning process and learning situation.

PANNEER SELVAM is bom in Salem -Valappady of Tamil Nadu. He started his career as school teacher in New Delhi in the year 1991. He joins as lecturer in DIET, perundurai of Erode in 2000. Bharathiyar University were gave the Philosophy in Doctorates in Language and Education. He is the seventh diploma holder from National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA), New Delhi in 2002. In 2005, the Tamil Nadu government was given the 'Excellence Award' for his unrivalled teaching activities and some organization also. He has published more than hundreds of Research Papers and books in the field of Education. At present he is working in the department of Education, Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu.
