S R Silcox grew up as a child of the 1980s and a teen of the 1990s. She played cricket in the summer and soccer in the winter, all the while with a cap glued firmly to her head. She loves team sports, and barracks for the underdog. Her favourite form of cricket is the Test Match, but she loves the smash and crash of the WBBL and BBL T20s.
