Autorentext

Sandra Maria Correia Loureiro is a Full Professor of Marketing at ISCTE and the Business Research Unit. She has a background in engineering, economic sociology, and marketing. She has published around 400 international works, including journal articles, conference proceedings, and books. Her research interests include consumer-brand relationships, tourism marketing, immersive VR, AR, and AI technologies. Sandra has received numerous awards for her contributions to marketing and academia.

João Guerreiro is an Associate Professor with Habilitation in Marketing at Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon. His research focuses on the impact of AI in Management, more particularly on Marketing. He has published his research in top-tier journals such as Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Management, and Journal of Business Research. He also has been invited as keynote speaker to present at several events about the future of AI on Management.
