Sarah Read, the president of The Communications Center, has more than twenty-five years experience in designing and facilitating collaborative processes to resolve complex regulatory issues, facilitated a range of community dialogues, helped to lead visioning and strategic planning efforts, and provided trainings on dialogue and civic engagement to several different groups and organizations. As an adjunct professor, she teaches the Public Policy Dispute Resolution class at the University of Missouri School of Law.
