This little book of 25 poems is drawn from 40 years of writing and there is a variety of poetry here. There are straightforward poems and obscure ones; rhyming poems and free verse; personal poems and general subjects. Most of the poems come out of struggles in spirit, mind and emotions, but some are about nature and others on quite random subjects.

Sarah is like a set of Russion dolls, with a slightly different persona for every place she has lived. The current version lives with her husband, Robin, in Oldham UK. Sometimes one of the earlier versions comes out to play, sometimes they all fall apart. But by the grace of God she is not like Humpty Dumpty and can be put together again.
