Before she started writing romance, Shae received her veterinary assistant certification and worked in a low-cost vet clinic before switching gears to become the top-performing project coordinator for a local construction company and ultimately leaving to pursue her dream of becoming a full-time writer.
Shae is a die-hard Dallas Stars hockey fan who enjoys iced coffee, books, and spending time with her crazy, outspoken, say-it-like-it-is family.
