Sharon Woodward is director of curriculum development for IntuiCare Training Institute, an online training program. She was a family child care licensor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 20 years, during which she visited thousands of family child care homes, facilitated licensure and renewal, monitored homes, investigated complaints, and provided technical assistance and training. Donna Hurley is the executive director and president of Bethel Child Care Services, Inc., executive director of Parents' and Children's Educational Services, Inc., and director of curriculum development for IntuiCare Training Institute. She has been writing and delivering trainings for providers, parents, and home visitors for over 40 years. She holds a master's degree in education, curriculum, and instruction.
