I was one of God's favorites. Closer to His Heavenly light than any, save for the archangels. Until I was betrayed. Tricked into nearly losing the key of Heaven to Lucifer. And the one responsible was allowed to go free simply because our Father so rarely allows violence among his children.
But I am an angel of righteous vengeance. The herald of God's wrath. And I can't be so forgiving.
