According to the biblical text of Matthew 28:19 teaching is a command by Christ that shepherds should structure foundational teaching through Christian Education Ministry to develop discipleship growth for all ages. Only a few and far between churches have Christian Education perpetually structured that is reflecting shepherds are not obeying THE GREAT COMMISSION. It is this author's aspiration that the reading audience would find this resource invaluable and become a "servant leader" willing to assess and transform to influence others with a reputable image for the 21st century. The research gives knowledge that there is one type of leader, i.e. Servant leader deriving from a riot with students of a university as Greenleaf (1977) affirms is based on receiving unsavory service.
