In 2147 the starship DOGE carries a thousand colonists in cryosleep to Mars, overseen by MOTHER, an AI that regulates emotions and dreams within the "Garden of Shadows." A malfunction turns dream therapies into deadly nightmares. Three awakened passengers uncover FATHER, an analog AI, and race against time in a claustrophobic setting, risking everything to save the ship.
