The author pursued journalism and economics at the University of Texas. He lives in a country house outside Seattle because he loves the peace and quiet outside urban American. "I grew up in a farm." After spending 7 years in China as a visiting professor, he continues his mission to share his front-seat, first-hand experiences in China with the publication of THIS IS CHINA.
