The Meanest Man on Earth is a redemptive tale about a blacksmith who transforms from having an angry life to a joyful one. He fools the devil and beats the odds to have his needs met and his greatest wish fulfilled.

Thomas Kalgreen, the author, is a thirty-three-year-old army veteran who also fronts a rock band called Forward Observer. He is studying creative writing at Southern New Hampshire University and lives in Mount Sterling, Ohio.
