The Northfield Open Writing group began with a memoir-writing workshop at the Northfield, Minnesota Public Library. It grew to welcome writers of all genres, from poetry to academic works, from memoir to mystery, from high fantasy to historical fiction. The group is a safe and supportive place for writers of all levels of writing experience to exchange ideas and feedback.
