This is my OCD story.

It is not a survival guide for others.

Just the details of my struggles and battles.

This book was written during the darkest, gloomiest period of my life. It is being published so as to enable others to understand what is happening with their loved ones who suffer from OCD (not for the personal amusement of trolls and religious nuts).

As I was working on my OCD survival book, "Breaking Free!" I remembered that I must share what happened, in my life, in the past, before I say, "You can beat it!"

• Christians might find this book offensive. So please don't buy it unless you are a broadminded, sensible Christian who doesn't blame everything on the demons.
