It's the annual Quilter's Crawl and Dewey is participating for the first time. She and Vangie organize a special Twitter promotion to boost sales at the struggling store. But when Vangie's boyfriend dies, it's up to Dewey to get her young staffer off the hook for homicide. Meanwhile, darling Pearl, teacher at the store, is mourning the loss of her husband. She takes in a college-age "GrandSon", to help her around the house. Instead of lightening Dewey's load, he seems to be getting Pearl involved in some dicey situations.

When a customer is killed during a Twitter-induced stampede, Dewey is blamed. She has to figure out what happened to the lovely Lois while attending to the rush of customers (or not) coming to the Crawl.

Autorentext

Terri Thayer is a quilter and author of seven mystery novels. She began quilting in the 80s and continues to this day. Terri did not see stories about the quilters she knew in the marketplace. She knew quilters to be multifaceted--not always kind, not always sweet, not always generous. But always interesting. So Terri set out to write the mystery about quilters that she wanted to read.

Terri lives in Colorado with her rescue dog, Buddy.
