A small, young, boy, has a dream of climbing to the top of an impossibly tall mountain. He sets out on this dream and along the way, he encounters animals who have had the same dream of reaching the top and have all failed. They try to put they're doubts, from they're failures into him, he has to determine whether or not to continue on his climb.

I wrote this story as I was going through months of unemployment, and desperately wanted to persevere through the toughest time of my life. I was becoming a writer and I had a lot of doubt from others, and I'm ashamed to admit even myself. So, I wanted to craft a character in a situation where he has an almost seemingly impossible goal, that others have all tried and failed at, but he perseveres through. Not out of arbitrary cockiness, but sheer faith and belief in himself, because that little boy is me and that mountain is my goal.
