V. K. Miller was born and raised in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, where she and her family resided until Miller and Husband moved to the country where together they have built three family homes. Miller has devoted her time to her husband and children. In her alone time she has developed a love for reading, and writing. She also loves traveling, and has spent many vacations traveling with family. The Evolution is the third book in Miller's In Just a Blink series.
